The Parliament Building (Parlament) at the Ring Alley, next to the Town Hall (Rathaus). Pallas Athene, the greek goddess of justice, stands in front of the building, on top of a fountain.
Celine and Jesse (Julie Delpy, Ethan Hawke) pass this building in an old streetcar on their way to the record store in the cinema movie “Before Sunrise“.
