Harry Lime (Orson Welles) lives in this building (Pallavicini Palace) in the cinema movie “The Third Man“, 1949. The Emperor Josef II statue on the left hand side is the place where allegedly Harry Lime was laid down after his accident. Visit the Third Man Museum in Vienna.
