In front of the Parliament Building (Parlament) at the Ring Alley, next to the Town Hall (Rathaus). Pallas Athene, the goddess of justice, stands in front of the building on a column, surrounded by several figures. This female figure with the tablets of the law in hands stands for the legislative power (The second figure on the other side of the column, a woman with a sword, stands for the executive power).
